Micaela Arandia received her Business Administration degree from Pasco Hernando State College. She has over six years of experience working in the healthy food industry and customer service. Micaela has a passion for healthy food and enjoys creating new recipes for smoothies and juices. In December of 2019 she joined the Raining Berries Team and was one of the first baristas hired. From there she became a supervisor and then made her way up to store manager. 

In 2006, Micaela and her family immigrated to the United States from Bolivia. Leaving the majority of her family behind, she used this as a motivation to take advantage of all the opportunities that came her way. Working at Raining Berries enlightened Micaela to have a new passion for training. 

In her free time, Micaela enjoys traveling, exercising, and going to local coffee shops to relax and read books.
